Hibiscus EP Brunei, B.V. HEB took another significant step in empowering local businesses with the awarding of development grants through its flagship Hibiscus LEAP Programme. Built on the principles of Learn, Empower, Accelerate, and Progress, LEAP, the programme equips local entrepreneurs with structured training and mentorship to strengthen their business foundations. The Hibiscus LEAP Pitch and Grant Ceremony was held in the Bandar Seri Begawan, 12th December morning.

Present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy. The initiative underscores HEB's commitment to impactful corporate social responsibility and supports Brunei's national aspiration of fostering a competitive, innovative, and resilient economy. The event concluded with the presentation of development grants to all five participants to support their business expansion.
